3.5 Account Verification (KYC). php63 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. php63 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability. php63 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency or credit card.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the php63 Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. php63 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times. php63 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. php63 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, KYC checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the php63 account holder.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the php63 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). php63 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Player Funds. php63 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. However, php63 does not guarantee the return of player funds in the event of insolvency. Players are encouraged to withdraw winnings regularly.
5.1 General. php63 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. 10.3 Cap on Liability. php63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php63 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. php63 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
